Office Location: 

1263 East South Temple, #9 , Salt Lake City, Utah 84102. 

My office is in unit 9 of a condominium complex at T Street and South Temple.  I have pictures below to help you find your way.

T Street runs North from South Temple, and is One Way.
Try to find street parking on T Street, close to South Temple.
From the intersection of T and South Temple, walk up South Temple, East, toward the mountains.
Turn left up the first stairs
Follow this path past the mansion
And follow the path through the gate on the South side of the building.
Continue down to the waiting room door.
Come in the waiting room, take a seat, and I’ll be with you shortly.
