I am available to review the custody evaluations of others. A second opinion review involves reading and critiquing the custody or parent-time evaluation for problems in methodology, misapplication of psychological testing, or conclusions that do not follow from collected data. I do not usually meet with the parties or the children, and cannot make recommendations about custody in the context of a second opinion review. I charge $165 per hour and require a $2000 retainer to begin. If after my initial review I don’t believe the initial evaluation was significantly flawed, I will notify you and return the unused balance of the retainer.
